Orders & pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed, for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Payment — Cash on Delivery
Hide & Oak currently accepts Cash on Delivery as the sole payment method. No payment is collected at checkout; instead, the order total, including any applicable Cash on Delivery handling fee, is paid directly to the courier in cash upon delivery. Refusal to accept or pay for a delivered order may result in restrictions on future orders.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes on our site are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery and payment. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
